- 1 pack unearthed® Free Range Spinach Spanish Omelette
- 2 glasses of Birichino Rosé, California. 2013
Method:
- Don’t pair delicate foods with pair full bodied, rich wines
- For example, eggs are quite delicate and can be a difficult thing to match with wine
- The omelette has an unusual mouth-feel, making it unpleasant with tannic reds and oaky whites
- The perfect match is a simply flavoured Rosé which goes well with light summery foods
