Spicy Cheese on Toast
Spicy salami with melted taleggio – posh cheese on toast. Just perfect

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of unearthed® Sopressata Picante
- 200g Tallegio cheese
- Rosemary and sea salt focaccia
- 1 handful of parsley, chopped
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 180° degrees/Gas Mark 4
- Slice focaccia in half and place flat side up, on a baking tray
- Lay on the Soprassata Picante
- Slice the tallagio cheese, then place onto the soprassata
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until nicely melted
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle parsley, before serving
