Sobrasada Spaghetti
Easy to spread Sobrasada de Mallorca Chorizo Pâté makes a great sauce. Full of flavor without the fuss

Method:
- Heat the oil in a medium frying pan and cook the onions until soft
- Add the mushrooms and carrot, cooking for a further 5 mins until the mushrooms and onions begin to brown
- Then add the garlic, fennel, chilli and kale, cook until the kale begins to wilt
- Add the unearthed® Sobrasada de Mallorca Chorizo Pâté to your frying pan and mix evenly till it starts to melt
- Season to taste
- Meanwhile, bring a medium sized pan of water, with a pinch of salt, to the boil
- Cook pasta according to pack instructions
- Drain pasta, then add to the sauce, mixing thoroughly
