Sobrasada, Peach & Honey Ciabatta

Traditionally Sobrasada is eaten on (un-salted) bread, then topped in a variety of ways: with honey, sugar or apricot jam. We add peaches & honey to mix up the savoury and sweet

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Cut the ciabatta roll in half and place on a tray
  2. Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over your ciabatta halves and put under the grill till they are warm and just starting to crisp
  3. Meanwhile slice your peach into thinnish slithers
  4. Heat up your griddle pan and add your peach. Cook until it starts to brown
  5. Evenly spread the unearthed®  Sobrasada de Mallorca  onto the warm ciabatta half
  6. Top with the peach and finish with a drizzel of honey
