Sobrasada, Peach & Honey Ciabatta
Traditionally Sobrasada is eaten on (un-salted) bread, then topped in a variety of ways: with honey, sugar or apricot jam. We add peaches & honey to mix up the savoury and sweet

Ingredients:
- 75g unearthed® Sobrasada de Mallorca
- 1 ciabatta roll cut in half
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 peach
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method:
- Cut the ciabatta roll in half and place on a tray
- Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over your ciabatta halves and put under the grill till they are warm and just starting to crisp
- Meanwhile slice your peach into thinnish slithers
- Heat up your griddle pan and add your peach. Cook until it starts to brown
- Evenly spread the unearthed® Sobrasada de Mallorca onto the warm ciabatta half
- Top with the peach and finish with a drizzel of honey
