Sobrasada, Mozzarella & Pepper Ciabatta
Team the Mediterranean flavours of pepper, mozzarella and Sobrasada for a great snack or light bite

Ingredients:
- 75g unearthed® Sobrasada de Mallorca
- 1 ciabatta roll cut in half
- 1/2 mozzarella ball
- 1 pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method:
- Cut the ciabatta roll in half and place on a tray
- Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over your ciabatta halves and put under the grill till they are warm and just starting to crisp
- Meanwhile cut your pepper into four even strips removing any seeds
- Cut your mozzarella into strips
- Heat up your other tbsp of oil in a griddle pan and add your pepper. Cook until it starts to brown
- Evenly spread the unearthed® Sobrasada de Mallorca onto the warm ciabatta half
- Top with the Mozzarella and finish with the pepper
