Sobrasada, Goat’s Cheese & Apple Ciabatta
Smooth Goat’s Cheese and tangy apple smothered on Sobrasada makes a great snack. Don’t say we didn’t say we didn’t warn you how moreish it is!

Ingredients:
- 75g unearthed® Sobrasada de Mallorca
- 1 Ciabatta roll cut in half
- 50g Goats cheese
- 1 Green apple
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method:
- Cut the ciabatta roll in half and place on a tray
- Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over your ciabatta halves and put under the grill till they are warm and just starting to crisp
- Meanwhile cut your apple in half and decor it. Then slice it in strips
- cut up your goats cheese into thin circles so that it melts easily
- Evenly spread the unearthed® Sobrasada de Mallorca onto the warm ciabatta half
- Place on the goats cheese and place it under the grill till it melts
- Top with the apple slices
