Sobrasada, Egg and Chilli Ciabatta
Spice up breakfast with en egg topped Sobrasada ciabatta – a great protein-packed way to start the day

Ingredients:
- 75g unearthed® Sobrasada de Mallorca
- 1 ciabatta roll cut in half
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable / sunflower oil
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
Method:
- Cut the ciabatta roll in half and place on a tray
- Drizzle olive oil over your ciabatta halves and put under the grill till they are warm and just starting to crisp
- Meanwhile heat up your vegetable or sunflower oil in a frying pan and crack your eggs. Cook until the white is cooked and the yolk is to your preference
- Evenly spread the unearthed® Sobrasada de Mallorca onto the warm ciabatta half
- Top with the egg and sprinkle on the chilli flakes
Tom's top tip: This is would also work well with a poached egg on top - basically anything with a runny yolk
