Sobrasada, Boursin & Courgette Ciabatta
Wafer-thin griddled courgette, spicy sobrasada and creamy Boursin top ciabatta off a treat

Ingredients:
- 75g unearthed® Sobrasada de Mallorca
- 1 ciabatta roll cut in half
- 50g Boursin Garlic & Herb
- 1 medium courgette
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method:
- Cut the ciabatta roll in half and place on a tray
- Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over your ciabatta halves and put under the grill till they are warm and just starting to crisp
- Meanwhile slice your courgette with a peeler so that it is nice and thin
- Heat up your other tbsp of oil in a griddle pan and add your courgette. Cook until it starts to brown
- Evenly spread the unearthed® Sobrasada de Mallorca onto the warm ciabatta half
- Top with the Boursin and finish with the courgette
