Provolone Olive Bread
Nothing beats the smell of freshly baked bread – except for eating it spread with liberally with our favourite – Pork Rillettes.

Method:
- Quarter the olives, then add them into a bowl with the flour, sugar, salt and yeast
- Mix to a soft dough with the oil and water
- Turn onto floured surface and knead for 10 min
- Shape into greased tray and push the cheese into the mix
- Cover the dough and leave until doubled in size
- Preheat the 200°c (fan assisted) / Gas Mark 6
- Place in oven and immediately turn down to 180°c / Gas Mark 4
- Bake for 30-35 mins
