Pizza with Pepperoni and Provolone Olives

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 190°C fan or Gas Mark 6
  2. Blitz the tomatoes in a hand blender until smooth
  3. Add the thyme, oregano, basil, salt and pepper and stir well
  4. Spread onto the pizza base almost to the edges
  5. Tip the contents of the olive pot onto a chopping board and separate the olives and cheese
  6. Cut all of the cheese cubes and ¾ of the olives in half
  7. Place the cheese on the pizza, then add the olives
  8. Add the sliced pepperoni on top, even spread
  9. Cook in the oven for 8-9 mins, or until the cheese has melted
