Pizza with Pepperoni and Provolone Olives

Ingredients:

- 1 pot of unearthed® olives with provolone
- 60g unearthed® Spicy Hungarian Pepperoni
- 1 thin pizza base
- 200g chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 190°C fan or Gas Mark 6
- Blitz the tomatoes in a hand blender until smooth
- Add the thyme, oregano, basil, salt and pepper and stir well
- Spread onto the pizza base almost to the edges
- Tip the contents of the olive pot onto a chopping board and separate the olives and cheese
- Cut all of the cheese cubes and ¾ of the olives in half
- Place the cheese on the pizza, then add the olives
- Add the sliced pepperoni on top, even spread
- Cook in the oven for 8-9 mins, or until the cheese has melted
