Piacenza Salami with honey and rosemary roasted figs
Honey and rosemary roasted figs perfectly complement our Piacenza Salami. We took it just a bit further and added melted cheese and popped them all on toasted focaccia. Prepare for a taste bomb.

- Pop into the oven and bake for 10-15 mins or until sticky and soft
- Put to one side
- Slice each roll in two and lightly toast the underside for a couple of minutes
- Take out and turn over, then add a slice of smoked gouda and pop back under the grill

Tom's top tip: You can replace the smoked gouda with tallgio or edam, depending on your preference
