Pastrami (Beef) on Rye
Pastrami on rye is classic American deli. We create our own version using our lightly spiced British Air Dried Beef and lots of gherkins

Ingredients:
- 1/2 pack unearthed® British Air Dried Beef
- 2 slices rye bread
- 2-3 tbsps mayonaise
- 3-4 gherkins
Method:
- Spread both slices of rye bread generously with mayonnaise
- Fold the beef slices in half then lay over the mayonniase
- Slice the gherkins, lengthwise, and lay on top of the beef
- Pop the other slice of rye slice on top, then cut the sandwich in half
- Skewer with a cocktail stick to keep it all together
- Serve with a milkshake (we like banana)
