Pastrami (Beef) on Rye

Pastrami on rye is classic American deli. We create our own version using our lightly spiced British Air Dried Beef and lots of gherkins

  1. Spread both slices of rye bread generously with mayonnaise
  2. Fold the beef slices in half then lay over the mayonniase
  3. Slice the gherkins, lengthwise, and lay on top of the beef
  4. Pop the other slice of rye slice on top, then cut the sandwich in half
  5. Skewer with a cocktail stick to keep it all together
  6. Serve with a milkshake (we like banana)
