Method:
- Open packs
- Pop olives and antipasti into nice bowls and the Jamón Ibérico onto a slate or wooden board
- Serve to hungry guests with other tapas or antipasti
- Accompany with drinks
Tom's top tip: Remove the Jamón Ibérico from the fridge 30 mins before serving, to help soften the product and make it easier to separate.
