Mushrooms with Garlic and Pyrenees Ham
Earthy field mushrooms with tasty ham & garlic. Nice & easy starter or snack.

Ingredients:
- 1 pack unearthed® Pyrenees Ham
- 2 large field mushrooms
- 100g salted butter
- 1 garlic bulb
- Pinch of salt & ground black pepper
- Pinch of parsley
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven at 200°c/Gas Mark 6
- Trim the mushroom/or leave whole, depending on preference
- Wrap the Pyrenees Ham around the mushrooms so the ends meet in the middle
- Crush the garlic (with a crusher), then add to the butter and mix in the parsley
- Spoon the butter over the mushrooms
- Place on a baking tray, in the oven and cook for 10-12 mins depending on size of mushroom
