Mushrooms with Garlic and Pyrenees Ham

Earthy field mushrooms with tasty ham & garlic. Nice & easy starter or snack.

  • 1 pack unearthed® Pyrenees Ham
  • 2 large field mushrooms
  • 100g salted butter
  • 1 garlic bulb
  • Pinch of salt & ground black pepper
  • Pinch of parsley


  1. Pre-heat the oven at 200°c/Gas Mark 6
  2. Trim the mushroom/or leave whole, depending on preference
  3. Wrap the Pyrenees Ham around the mushrooms so the ends meet in the middle
  4. Crush the garlic (with a crusher), then add to the butter and mix in the parsley
  5. Spoon the butter over the mushrooms
  6. Place on a baking tray, in the oven and cook for 10-12 mins depending on size of mushroom
