Method:

  1. We keep it simple and team up our Ibério with some crusty fresh bread
  2. And to drink, we’ve paired a classic Rioja Reserva which is full bodied and muscular, but with a polished, elegant profile
  3. The strong, darker, slightly smokey flavour of the Ibérico  requires a red that can stand up to its depth and the spicy, fruity flavours of the Rioja go perfectly, whilst the natural fattiness in the ham tames its tannins.
  4. The two truly bring out the best in each other
