- 1 pack unearthed® Ibérico Selection Platter
- 1 bottle Rioja Reserva
- Fresh bread or crackers
Method:
- We keep it simple and team up our Ibério with some crusty fresh bread
- And to drink, we’ve paired a classic Rioja Reserva which is full bodied and muscular, but with a polished, elegant profile
- The strong, darker, slightly smokey flavour of the Ibérico requires a red that can stand up to its depth and the spicy, fruity flavours of the Rioja go perfectly, whilst the natural fattiness in the ham tames its tannins.
