Ingredients:

- 1 pack unearthed® Olives and Gouda
- 2 glasses of Marco Felluga, Pinot Grigio, Italy. 2013
Method:
- Select a wine which complements the flavour of your antipasti and don’t pick a wine which overpowers the dish
- For example, our olives are typically eaten prior to a meal so you don’t want a high-tanin wine which could over power the palette
- The gouda cheese is very mild with a major flavour the cumin in the dressing
- Its earthy boldness is calmed by the refreshing fruitiness and acidity of the Pinot Grigio
