Chorizo, tomato, rocket & smoked chilli wrap

Chunky Chorizo de Leon, peppery rocket and tomato teamed, with Gran Luchito’s delicately smoked chilli mayo. It’s a wrap – lunch is sorted

  1. Put a frying pan over a medium heat with a little olive oil
  2. Chop the Chorizo de Leon into small pieces
  3. Add the Chorizo de Leon and the sliced onion to the pan and fry for about 10 mins, stirring regularly
  4. Add diced tomato pieces and fry for a further 5 mins until soft
  5. Meanwhile, warm flatbreads/pittas in the oven/toaster
  6. Carefully slice open and spread a layer of Gran Luchito smoked chilli mayo to one side of each
  7. Add a handful of rocket, before topping with the chorizo and tomato
  8. Wrap and enjoy

Tom's top tip: If you want a thinner wrap, you can swap out the Chorizo De Leon chunks, for our sliced chorizo. This will also make it slightly easier to wrap
