British Salami and Cheese Bites
Our British Salami sits happily on top of warm, gooey melted cheese ready to accompany drinks, or for a light snack

Ingredients:
- 12 slices unearthed® British Cumberland Salami
- 1 small French stick, cut into 12 slices
- 100g Strong British Cheddar cheese, cut into 12 slices
- Apple chutney
Method:
- Put the grill onto a medium-high heat
- Cut the bread into slices
- Toast the bread on either side
- Remove, then spread a little chutney onto each piece of toasted bread
- Turn the heat up on the grill
- Lay the cheese on top, then pop the bread back under the grill until the cheese starts to melt
- Remove from the grill
- Arrange a slice of unearthed® British Cumberland Salami on the top, then push down into the melted cheese
- Repeat with the rest of the bread
- Serve immediately and enjoy with good company
Tom's top tip: If you've not got cheddar, this can be replaced with tallegio, gouda, mozarrella or goat's cheese
