British Salami and Cheese Bites

Our British Salami sits happily on top of warm, gooey melted cheese ready to accompany drinks, or for a light snack

  1. Put the grill onto a medium-high heat
  2. Cut the bread into slices
  3. Toast the bread on either side
  4. Remove, then spread a little chutney onto each piece of toasted bread
  5. Turn the heat up on the grill
  6. Lay the cheese on top, then pop the bread back under the grill until the cheese starts to melt
  7. Remove from the grill
  8. Arrange a slice of unearthed® British Cumberland Salami on the top, then push down into the melted cheese
  9. Repeat with the rest of the bread
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy with good company

Tom's top tip: If you've not got cheddar, this can be replaced with tallegio, gouda, mozarrella or goat's cheese
