British Ploughmans

Ploughmans is classic British, so we switch ours up a bit with British-produced Sweet Chilli Chorizo. Just add your extras – scotch egg, apple and celery, Don’t forget the pickle!

  • 1 pack unearthed® Sweet Chilli Chorizo
  • 4 slices doorstep, fresh cut bread
  • 200g strong cheddar cheese
  • 1 scotch egg
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 1 apple
  • Pot of Picallili
  • Bitter, for spreading


  1. Slice and butter the bread
  2. Cut the cheese into two chunks
  3. Wash and trim the celery
  4. Slice the apple into thin chunks
  5. Cut the scotch egg in two
  6. Arrange the unearthed® Sweet Chilli Chorizo between two wooden boards
  7. Divide the rest of the ingredients between the two boards
  8. Serve with a British ale
