Artichoke, Gorgonzola and Rocket Salad
Ripe creamy gorgonzola paired with tender artichokes and peppery rocket. A great starter or light bite.

Method:
- Arrange the rocket on the plate
- Roughly cube the gorgonzola and sprinkle over
- Shake the artichokes, to mix with the dressing, then add to the salad
- Pour a little of the oil from the pot to dress the salad
- Serve immediately
