Produced in Spain using Ecuadorian prawns
Microwave: remove the sleeve and place pack on non-metallic plate. Cook on full power (800w) for 1 min. For best results do not pierce film.
Fry: heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan over a low/moderate heat. Add the prawn skewers with sauce and cook for 1 minute on each side until hot. Do not reheat once cooked.
