Hob: Remove all packaging. Place in a pan of simmering water for 4 mins.
Grilling/Barbecue: Preheat Grill/Barbecue. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium/hot grill/barbecue for 7-8 mins turning frequently.
Fry: Remove all packaging. Fry in 1 tsp of oil over a moderate heat. Turning frequently for 3 mins.
