Grilling/Barbecue: Preheat grill/barbecue. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium/hot grill/barbecue for 7-8 mins. Turn during cooking. Cook thoroughly.
Frying: Remove packaging. Put a small amount of oil in a pan and heat gently. Place the sausages in the pan and fry for 7-8 mins. Turn during cooking. Cook thoroughly.
