Cooking Instructions:

Can be eaten hot or cold.

Microwave (800W): Pierce the film in several places. Place the omelette on a non-metallic plate and microwave on full power for 1-2 min. For microwaves with different wattages, adjust the heating time accordingly.

Pan Frying: Remove from packaging. Heat a little olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over a low/moderate heat. Place the omelette in the pan and cook for
2-3 mins on each side. Check food is piping hot. Leave to stand for 1 min before eating.
