When we discovered this particular flavour combo we knew we’d found a keeper. Chipotle (pronounced “chi-poHT-lay”, as if you didn’t know) is a smoked-dried jalapeño chilli, while manchego cheese is made in the La Mancha region of Spain using milk from local sheep. Great with some of our chorizo
