Salami Napoli (32%): contains Pork, Salt, White Wine (0.3%), Dextrose, Black Peppercorns, White Pepper, Antioxidants: Sodium Ascorbate, Ascorbic Acid; Preservatives: Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite; Garlic.
Prepared with 134g of pork per 100g of product. Moisture is lost during curing and maturation.

Prosciutto Crudo (32%): contains Pork, Salt.
Prepared with 135g of pork per 100g of product. Moisture is lost during curing and maturation.

Best served at room temperature. Remove the pack from the fridge 30 mins before serving, to enable easier separation of the slices.
