Cooking Instructions:

Remove all packaging. Leave at room temperature for 30 mins before cooking. Coat the meat with a little oil and pan fry on a moderate heat
for 3 mins on each side to seal. Allow meat to rest for 2 mins before serving.

Always check that the product is cooked throughout until it is piping hot and no pink colour remains
