Cooking Instructions:

Grill: 8-10 mins. Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium/hot grill. Turn during cooking. Cook thoroughly.

BBQ: from chilled: For a more authentic flavour remove packaging and place chorizo on a hot barbecue for 10-15 mins. During cooking turn occasionally

Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooked.
